The basis that allows us to process your personal data is the contractual relationship in the information society that is created when you send us a query via email.

OXFAM INTERMÓN has contracted the services of technology providers located in countries that do not have regulations that are equivalent to European regulations (“Third Countries”). These providers have signed the confidentiality and data processing contracts with OXFAM INTERMÓN that are required by the regulations for providers located in Third Countries, applying the guarantees and safeguards necessary to protect your privacy. When and for what reason can we transfer your data to third parties?

OXFAM INTERMÓN will never transfer your personal data to third parties.

How long do we keep your data?

We will not keep your personal data. Once we have recorded your query, your data will be deleted and anonymised.

What are your rights?

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability, restriction and/or objection to the processing through the postal and electronic addresses given above. Also, if you consider that the processing of your personal data breaches regulations or your right to privacy, you can bring a claim:
